About the Project
ANCOLD is a voluntary industry association advancing excellence in dams technical practice and the management of dams across Australia. The organisation brings together dam owners, operators and engineers, and generates significant revenue through membership and the sale of technical publications.
We designed and built the full site on WordPress, handling a complex mix of membership tiers, ecommerce and access-controlled technical content. Members receive complimentary or discounted access to the full library of papers, bulletins and seminars, while non-members can purchase individual items.
The product catalogue includes technical guidelines, conference papers dating back to 1998, historical bulletins, and recorded seminars on demand. Purchased PDFs and documents are protected through Vitrium, which controls access and prevents unauthorised sharing. Stripe handles all payments through WooCommerce.
Member data flows into Keap (formerly Infusionsoft), keeping the ANCOLD team's CRM in sync with site registrations, renewals and purchases without manual data entry.
