The Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission is established by the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) and resolves disputes about industrial matters between employers and employees across the state.
We maintain the WAIRC website, built on SilverStripe CMS. The site integrates with an API to fetch and display data on legal matters including decisions, awards, agreements and hearing lists. SilverStripe manages the site logic and content, giving the Commission full control over pages, news and resources.
