Usually, yes. Between your hosting company, your domain registrar and a few checks, access can almost always be recovered. I’ll walk you through it.
Yes. I can fix what’s broken now, then plan an upgrade to a supported version with a fixed price. Your content and editors stay as they are.
No. Most SilverStripe sites do. I read through what’s there, document it, and fix it rather than starting again.
No. Most sites can be fixed. If yours genuinely can’t, or a rebuild would cost less in the long run, I’ll explain why and leave the decision with you.
No. The rescue is a one-off. The care plan is there if you’d like someone to keep an eye on things afterwards.
